Can residency be guaranteed?

No. The decision on any residency application rests exclusively with the Panamanian immigration authorities. We prepare and accompany the process, but cannot guarantee its outcome.

Can a bank account be guaranteed?

No. The opening and final approval of a bank account depends exclusively on the relevant financial institution. We coordinate and accompany the process.

Can a foreigner buy property?

In general, foreigners can acquire property in Panama under the same conditions as Panamanian citizens, with some legal exceptions. We always recommend an individual legal review before any purchase.

Is foreign income tax-free?

Panama generally applies a territorial tax system. However, the tax situation depends on each individual case and should be evaluated with a qualified tax advisor. This page does not constitute tax advice.

Can I hire individual services?

Yes. You can request a single service (for example, only real estate or only a driver’s license) or full support through our concierge service.
